We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for Via Tribunali Levi!

Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager include:
- Full operational and financial responsibility for kitchen performance
- Supporting the team with a mentoring mindset and actively developing team skills
- Reporting to the Head of Kitchen Operations
- Developing the unit in close cooperation with the Restaurant Manager
- Leading from the front by example, including working hands-on in operational shifts
We expect you to have:
- At least two years of previous experience working as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Experience in preparing Neapolitan pizza using a wood- or gas-fired oven
- A solid understanding of financial performance and key restaurant KPIs, and the ability to use them to guide daily operations
- A genuine desire and passion for working as a leader
- A coaching and development-oriented leadership style with your team
- Good English language skills

- Full-time employment and a fixed monthly salary (based on experience, approx. €3100–3400/month)
