Our Levi restaurant is looking for more staff – this time we’re in need of a Floor Shift Manager!

As a Shift Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the staff and mentoring them to help develop the team
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager
Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to develop our units
Leading by example on the front line during operational shifts

What we expect from you:

At least two years of experience as a shift manager in a table-service restaurant
Genuine passion and enthusiasm for supervisory roles
A coaching leadership style toward your team
Alcohol and hygiene certificates
Good command of English

What we offer you:

Full-time contract with a fixed monthly salary. The pay depends on the candidate, but ranges from €2,800 – €3,200 per month

What counts as a plus:

Prior experience with Restolution, Dinnerbooking, and Maraplan systems
A valid driving license
