Restaurant Manager Helsinki - Pizzeria Via Tribunali

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage not just one but two of our units in Helsinki, as our former manager moves abroad to take on new challenges. The position begins in February 2025.

About us:
Pizzeria Via Tribunali, which opened its first location on Sofiankatu in Helsinki in 2017, represents authentic Neapolitan pizza-making traditions. Our ten restaurants in Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Äkäslompolo, and Levi employ over 100 passionate pizza professionals, proudly nurturing a rich pizza culture in Finland.

We are certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), ensuring that our pizzas are as good as—if not better than—those in Naples. Additionally, Via Tribunali has been recognized for three consecutive years in the “World Artisan Pizza Chains” category of the Italian Top 50 Pizza Guide, being the first Nordic pizzeria to enter the list in 2022.

Your role at Tribu:

Operational responsibility for the financial results of the units
Supporting the staff and adopting a mentoring approach to develop the team
Reporting to the operational management
Collaborating with the head chef to develop the units
Leading by example, including working hands-on during operational shifts

We expect you to have:

At least two years of prior experience as a restaurant manager in establishments with table service
An understanding of financial and restaurant industry metrics and how to use them to guide daily operations
A genuine passion for leadership
A coaching management style for your team
Proficiency in English

We offer:

A full-time contract with a fixed monthly salary ranging from 3700 € to 4100 €, depending on your experience
