Restaurant manager
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our new unit in Rovaniemi.
Your responsibilities
- Operational financial responsibility for the units
- Supporting staff and mentoring the team
- Reporting to operational management
- Developing the units together with the head chef
- Leading the team from the front, also during operational shifts
What we expect
- At least two years of experience as a restaurant manager in table-service restaurants
- Understanding of restaurant financial metrics and how to use them to guide daily operations
- Genuine passion for leadership
- Coaching leadership style
- Experience handling large group reservations
- Good English skills
