Your role at Tribu:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire group sales process for Pizzeria Via Tribunali – from the first contact to the successful execution of the event. Your duties include:
- Acquiring new group and corporate clients: Actively seeking new opportunities and customers while creating an efficient process for acquiring new clients.
- Managing group sales: Handling requests for quotes, preparing offers, and closing deals.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Making sure client expectations are met at every stage of the process.
- Acting as a link between teams: Coordinating collaboration with our restaurants, kitchen, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Participating in development work: Analyzing sales results and proposing new ways to grow group sales.
We expect you to have:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in group or event sales, with proven success
- A strong customer service attitude and the ability to build trust with clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A solution-oriented and flexible approach to work
- Fluency in Finnish and English (other language skills are a plus)
- Experience using CRM systems like Pipedrive and solid IT skills
