Jobs Levi

We're opening the 10th Tribu in Levi and are looking for staff! The search is on for waiters, pizzaiolos, shift managers, a kitchen manager, and a restaurant manager – which of these would suit you best?

Waiters and pizzaiolos wanted

You read that right! We found the perfect location for our tenth Tribu in Levi, and Pizzeria Via Tribunali is finally arriving in the heart of Levi. We are now looking for staff for our new 100-seat restaurant. We are hiring for a full team, but we are primarily seeking waiters and pizza makers.

For waiters, we expect an outstanding attitude towards customer service, along with a genuine desire and passion to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. Previous experience in the industry and the job is definitely a plus, but above all, we are looking for the right attitude and team players.

Pizzaiolos should have experience in preparing Neapolitan pizza. It’s a big advantage if you have experience with gas or wood-fired ovens when making Neapolitan pizza. Even if you’re not the fastest yet, but you’re eager and ready to work hard, you could be the person we’re looking for.

We hope our new employees already have the hygiene and alcohol passports. However, there is still time before the restaurant opens, so you can complete these legal requirements before starting the job.

Submit your application as soon as possible, no later than 15.10.2024, via email to: rekry@viatribunali.fi

We will begin reviewing applications on 24.9.2024.

Floor side shift manager and kitchen shift manager

We believe in people and that good people create a good place. For us, personality always comes before the CV, meaning a great person is more important than long work experience. However, we do have a few requirements to help you start off on the right foot:

  • At least two years of experience in a la carte serving and supervisory roles. You don’t fear a busy environment and enjoy your work. If this sounds familiar, you’ll fit right in with our team.
  • Hygiene and alcohol passport
  • Good communication skills in English

The role includes tasks such as placing orders, handling reservations, inventories, and making shift lists in collaboration with the restaurant manager. So, it’s not just about serving day after day. It’s a bonus if you are familiar with Restolution and Maraplan Pro systems.

Kitchen Shift Manager

  • At least two years of experience making Neapolitan pizza, with experience using either wood or gas ovens
  • Experience in leading a team
  • A hygiene passport is mandatory; an alcohol safety certificate is a plus
  • Good English language skills
  • Passion for cooking, a strong vision for menu creation, and an interest in developing kitchen operations

In addition to hands-on work, the role also includes placing orders and counting inventory.

Both the front of house and kitchen shift manager positions are full-time with a fixed monthly salary, and you can start latest in December 2024!
